Job Title: Human Resource Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Director to join our team.

About the Role:

The Human Resource Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the HR function, ensuring that it is aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

This is a key role within the organization and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive business outcomes through effective people management practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

  3. Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to employee information, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

  4. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

  5. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization.

  6. Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage employees, improve retention, and enhance overall job satisfaction.

  7. Analyze workforce trends and make recommendations for improvements to processes, policies, and programs to optimize employee productivity and engagement.

  8. Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and developments in the field.

  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to HR practices.

  10. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, operations, finance, and IT.
