Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing world-class support via various channels, including calls, chat, and emails. Your key responsibility will be to analyze customer requests and bugs, relay findings to product and engineering teams, and evaluate existing tools to develop new ones.

This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and empathy for users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide email, chat, and voice support during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
  • Collect and analyze customer support requests and bugs.
  • Evaluate existing tools and develop new ones to enhance support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Natural ability to empathize with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills.
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
