Hospital Food Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will lead and direct overall operations of multiple facilities in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and university policies. This includes developing annual plans and budgets, defining strategic goals related to food and non-food areas of the department.
What You Will Do
">- Ensure nutritious, safe, and quality food production and timely delivery at assigned units while maintaining safety of all food production equipment.
- Enhance staff competency level by taking various steps at the departmental level, ensuring they meet changing needs of the organization.
- Review customers' feedback and coordinate with concerned teams to meet customer expectations.
- Manage official caterings and banquet needs of the institution.
- Establish and monitor performance standards among the departmental team, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary training, service, research, and committee projects, providing support to hospital-based patient-focused clinical nutrition research programs.
- Establish, maintain, and update related policies and procedures necessary for effective and efficient systems.
- Monitor department asset acquisition, transfer, and disposal activities.
- Undertake special projects, studies of specific problems, and special investigations.
