The HR Associate will support the HR Business Partner in managing day-to-day HR operations, documentation, compliance, and administrative coordination. The role is ideal for an early-career HR professional eager to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, with opportunities to grow in the areas of operations, training, and performance management.

What you will be doing?

  1. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, letters, and policy documents.
  • Support compliance audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll-related administrative tasks.
  1. Performance & Training Support
  • Assist and coordinate monthly performance review meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Help organize internal and external training sessions, collect feedback, and update training trackers.
  1. Onboarding & Employee Services
  • Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction scheduling.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to health insurance, OPD, and HR policies.
  • Track insurance claims and coordinate with vendors for timely resolutions.
  1. HR Analytics & Reporting Support
  • Update and maintain HR dashboards (e.g., BambooHR, Leapsome, ResourceInn).
  • Assist in compiling regular reports on employee data, attrition, and engagement trends.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (internship or full-time).
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative HR team.
