Contact Center Telephony Solutions Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our team and support our global telephony and contact center operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience and a proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for daily Genesys cloud issues and concerns.
- Support Genesys Operations as a Tier-2 and Tier-3 expert.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues with respect to Genesys and its integrated platforms.
- Coordinate multiple tasks or problems with other teams globally.
- Perform telephony, contact center, and other solutions administration according to standard procedures.
- Meet all service level targets on all ticketing queues including service requests, change tickets, incidents, and projects.
- Track daily tasks, change requests, and project work for productivity.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Genesys system performance checks.
- Maintain accurate system and client documentation.
- Expand knowledge of multiple platforms and fulfill relevant project roles as per assignments.
- Meet assigned project milestones and deadlines.

- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and creativity.
- Willingness to help and support other team members.
- Respectful communication with juniors and peers in other teams.
- Ability to respond quickly and attentively to changes in department, organization, projects, and processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-4+ years of experience in the contact center industry.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with any other telephony platform.
- A minimum of 1-4 years working with any Genesys solutions as an administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecoms.
- Genesys Cloud certification is a plus.
