The successful candidate will have a strong background in international development, with at least 10 years of experience in programme management in a developing country setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Management: Lead the implementation of our country strategy, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Fundraising: Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support our work in the region.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of programme managers and other staff members.
  • Representation: Represent us to external stakeholders, including governments, donors, and other partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as international development or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in programme management in a developing country setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to design and lead emergency programmes.
