
Leading Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on non-technical roles. They will work closely with business units to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop recruitment plans
- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using various channels
- Build strong relationships with high-potential candidates and maintain a robust pipeline
- Drive inclusive and equitable hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments aligned with role expectations
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and interview strategies
- Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-technical roles
- Proven track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
