Job Title: Talent & People Manager E-Commerce

">Job Description:

The role of the Talent and People Manager is to oversee the growth and structure of our team. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, organizing documentation, and supporting smooth team operations in a global, high-growth environment.

This includes leading the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. You will also design and manage onboarding processes that integrate new hires quickly and effectively.

Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems. Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows. Ensure smooth collaboration across a remote, international team.

Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, helping to build a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Organize and maintain internal documentation and knowledge systems.
  • Support managers with team coordination and workflow management.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
  • Experience in direct response e-commerce or fast-paced online businesses.
  • Proven ability to manage remote, international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
