Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing technology teams.

As a Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles such as software engineers, DevOps, and data specialists. Your expertise in technical sourcing, candidate assessment, and market trends will help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and terminology, as well as experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping. They will also be proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and assess technical candidates through multiple channels, including ATS LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles such as Software Engineer, Backend/Frontend Developer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineers & Analyst, etc.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Git, CI/CD, etc.).
  • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
