Corporate Hiring Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Hiring Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top external talent, identifying effective routes to market, and developing their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing corporate hiring teams in the BPO industry, with strong analytical and statistical skills, including knowledge of survey and market research procedures.

This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. The Corporate Hiring Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for all corporate hiring, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing a range of channels and tactics to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment solutions.
  • Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their full potential.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing corporate hiring teams in the BPO industry.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, including knowledge of survey and market research procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
