Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Experience Analyst to join our team in Karachi.

This role involves acting as a bridge between customers and various departments, ensuring a seamless and unified customer experience journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer-centric approaches and the ability to analyze feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CX strategies that encompass all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, products, and technology for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and product enhancements.
Requirements
