About the Role

At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth Expert to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can leverage their expertise in eCommerce to drive business growth through outbound sales strategies. If you have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest market trends, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the eCommerce space through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualifying Leads and Scheduling Meetings: Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers for detailed business discussions.
  • Pitching Solutions: Present and pitch our eCommerce services, including consulting, management, and growth solutions, tailored to client needs.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the eCommerce industry.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably in eCommerce or a similar domain.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify; expertise in LinkedIn lead generation; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales; goal-oriented mindset; proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales prospecting platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
