At our organization, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Pipeline Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure uninterrupted and safe gas supply by maintaining pipeline instrumentation and pressure.
  • Provide technical and administrative support related to pipeline operations, fabrication, commissioning, and maintenance of POD (Point Of Delivery) and SMS (Sales Meter Station).
  • Maintain efficient UFG control in the Transmission Network through effective instrumentation controls.
  • Supervise quality control checks to ensure system safety, effectiveness, and reliability; monitor and guide daily meter operations.
  • Manage a team of engineers involved in pipeline operation, maintenance, and integrity management of the gas supply network.
  • Support uninterrupted gas supply over PODs, valve assemblies, sales metering stations, and Liquid Handling Facilities.
  • Assist in developing expansion and rehabilitation plans for the network; supervise related installation and commissioning tasks.
  • Manage, motivate, and train department staff.
  • Identify, assess, and develop response strategies for risks within their management scope.
  • Monitor risks and response strategies, ensuring timely and accurate risk reporting.
Requirements:

An engineering graduate from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering, with at least 9 years of relevant experience.

The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional or Team Lead. Registration with PEC is mandatory for Engineers.
