Job Title: Technical Business Solutions Specialist

This is a full-time onsite role at our office, requiring a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, technical architecture, and business processes. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze, map, and optimize the technical side of eCommerce systems while driving business outcomes such as improved user experience, system efficiency, and revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in eCommerce to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on eCommerce projects. They should be familiar with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Analysis & eCommerce Platforms: Conduct a detailed analysis of the technical infrastructure of eCommerce platforms to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved performance.
  • Technical Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed specifications.
  • System Mapping & Architecture: Create and update system architecture diagrams and technical documentation to map out the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Integration and API Management: Analyze and evaluate API integrations between various platforms and third-party systems to ensure data flow, synchronization, and performance are optimized.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all technical aspects of the eCommerce platform meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification(s) in a relevant field will be considered a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on eCommerce projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
