We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to oversee daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and provide support to various departments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between departments, and maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation related to projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to projects and tasks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments with precision.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools expected.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
