
Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable accounts.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers based on their needs.
- Monitor and meet profitability targets, A/R collections, and product delivery timelines.
- Maintain market and competitor intelligence for informed business planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Business Management. Professional certifications like HP/Cisco Sales are advantageous.
- Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with a reputable company, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage objectives, write proposals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
