Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable accounts.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers based on their needs.
  • Monitor and meet profitability targets, A/R collections, and product delivery timelines.
  • Maintain market and competitor intelligence for informed business planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Business Management. Professional certifications like HP/Cisco Sales are advantageous.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with a reputable company, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage objectives, write proposals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
