Job Summary

As a Credentialing & Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for handling therapist credentialing, enrollment, and insurance affiliations. This role requires prior experience in credentialing and excellent organizational and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage re-credentialing and maintain compliance records
  • Onboard new therapists quickly and smoothly
  • Develop systems and processes for growth and scalability
  • Establish a department that will eventually be led by the successful candidate
Requirements
  • Prior credentialing/enrollment experience required
