Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful transitions through the entire customer life cycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients, provide expert support, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner in their journey with our product. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns, while also driving engagement and adoption through strategic communication and education.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full customer life cycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing support and renewal processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or a similar relationship-focused role for a SaaS company.
