We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support for employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies are consistently followed and updated as needed.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Coordinate training and development programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manages employee performance and KPIs tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Prior technical & non-technical hiring experience.
  • Past work experience in international IT & Tech firm is a plus.
