- Becoming familiar with all products and services offered by Vyro and developing a deep understanding of assigned products
- Building a strong competitive analysis and tracking competitor developments
- Collaborating with channel partners to develop the sales pipeline and build alliances
- Sourcing new leads by initiating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
- Expanding your database of prospects within your designated territory and maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with customers and prospects
- Learning daily lead generation workflows and procedures to master workflow proficiency
- Identifying key players in target accounts and contacting qualified leads and fostering their engagement for deeper nurturing and successful closure
- Developing and delivering presentations to potential customers while conveying strong value propositions
- Entering customer information into CRM accurately and efficiently for data management purposes
- Maintaining regular follow-ups with prospects to provide additional resources and benefits associated with offered solutions
- Working closely with potential customers to build their understanding, develop interest, and lead towards customer trials
- Onboarding and training clients on company products
- Managing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing upsell/cross-sell strategies
