About the Role:

This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring excellent after-sales support. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and preferably experience in automotive sales.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition: Actively identify and acquire new clients to expand our customer base in Pakistan.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process and provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase.
  4. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Utilize negotiation skills to finalize sales and offer customer-centric solutions.
  5. Client Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  6. Database Updates: Maintain and update the client database for effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Background: Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Location: Based in Karachi.
