We are seeking an experienced professional to join our customer service team as a Contact Center Representative. This is a home-based position, requiring strong self-motivation and discipline.

Job Overview

This role involves conducting outbound calls to targeted businesses in the US to promote services. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing and explaining services to prospects, effectively communicating benefits and features, scheduling appointments with interested leads, and maintaining accurate records of all communications.
