
Contact Center Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone in Urdu. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading telecom call centers, specifically Ufone, Zong, Telenor, Jazz, PTCL.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call records and escalate issues as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with industry standards.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Urdu call centers (Ufone, Zong, Telenor, Jazz, PTCL, or similar).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in Urdu.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad.
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
