Job Profile

We are looking for a skilled customer service expert to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Solve customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Process orders, track shipments and update customer records to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to the service process.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve products, services or processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and heard.
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
