Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Lead by example and provide coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant with internal procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Perform other duties as required to support effective operations and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore and pass a background check
