About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to develop and implement strategies that foster positive employee relations within our organization.
This role involves addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions based on findings.
- Monitor headcounts and manage payroll for third-party employees with attention to detail and accuracy.
The selected candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret and apply relevant employment laws, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of labor legislation to make informed decisions that support the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves engaging in negotiations with labor unions to reach mutually beneficial agreements that support the company's goals and objectives.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive policies that align with labor laws and regulations, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Communicate policy changes to employees, providing guidance and support to ensure understanding and compliance.
Training and Development Opportunities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changes and developments.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees, management, and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Certification in Industrial Relations or a related field is highly desirable.
