  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions based on findings.
  • Monitor headcounts and manage payroll for third-party employees with attention to detail and accuracy.

Labor Compliance Initiatives

The selected candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current legislation.

  • Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret and apply relevant employment laws, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of labor legislation to make informed decisions that support the company's interests.

Collective Bargaining Strategies

This role involves engaging in negotiations with labor unions to reach mutually beneficial agreements that support the company's goals and objectives.

  • Negotiate with labor unions to secure favorable outcomes for both parties, promoting a culture of collaboration and cooperation.

Policy Development and Communication

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and communicating company policies related to industrial relations.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies that align with labor laws and regulations, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Communicate policy changes to employees, providing guidance and support to ensure understanding and compliance.

Training and Development Opportunities
