Job Title:
A seasoned Amazon Account Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple brand accounts on Amazon Seller Central.
About the Role:
This strategic lead will be responsible for managing ad budgets, keyword strategy, and campaign performance, while guiding clients through growth with clarity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with client goals, including ad budget management and keyword optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive measurable success on Amazon.
- Lead client communication, reporting, and monthly strategy reviews, ensuring consistent execution across accounts.
- Monitor KPIs, flag issues early, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central, flat files, FBA, PPC, SEO, and reinstatements.
- Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles, with a strong understanding of Amazon advertising and listing optimization.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with confidence using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Zoom.
- A proactive mindset and deep sense of ownership over outcomes, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
