Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to oversee the entire lifecycle of drop shipping, encompassing business development, product sourcing, inventory management, and customer relations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Business Development:

This entails:

  1. Product Sourcing: Identifying eligible products based on factors such as eligibility, availability, demand, sales volume, and profitability;
  2. Maintaining detailed records in Excel format with ASIN and 3rd party product code for reference;
  3. Strategically determining sales targets;
  4. Coordinating with suppliers on new product launches, seasonal products, forecasts, demand planning, and drop shipping store changes.
  • Product Listing and Inventory Management:

This involves:

  1. Strategically listing products on Amazon based on competitor analysis, price analysis, shipping time, inventory, buy box, and sales expectations;
  2. Controlling and supervising listed products' prices throughout the shift to meet both sales goals and market price competition;
  3. Communicating with suppliers regarding product samples and limited-time promotions;
  4. Obtaining sample products for quality control on all listed product types;
  5. Conducting random sampling to ensure quality control on packing and shipping;
  6. Monitoring inventory levels regularly to meet daily sales targets.
  • Order Processing:

This includes:

  1. Ensuring on-time order processing with a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs);
  2. Coordinating with the Human Resources (HR) team to ensure an appropriate number of VAs are recruited;
  3. Developing target-based shifts and schedules with the HR team for order processing VAs;
  4. Supervising VAs to ensure all orders are properly processed and dispatched according to customer instructions;
  5. Tracking orders with suppliers and updating customers with tracking numbers;
  6. Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries;
  7. Dispatching orders from drop-shipping warehouses as needed.
  • Customer Relations:

This requires:

  1. Collaborating with suppliers to resolve billing issues;
  2. Cooperating with suppliers on order fulfillment issues as needed;
  3. Ensuring the quality of products and communicating with suppliers in the event of a recall or defective product;
  4. Communicating with customers via phone, email, or website online chat, ensuring responses are within a 24-hour window;
  5. Keeping track of the health of all accounts and updating management on any concerns or issues;
  6. Managing customer claims, arranging for refunds, and rectifying complaints.
