Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance and accounting function of our organization.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and supporting business growth.

This executive will also be responsible for driving operational efficiency and aligning the financial strategy with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Financial Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support growth and sustainability.
  • Lead Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Serve as Strategic Advisor: Serve as a strategic advisor to our executive team and board, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
Financial Operations and Reporting:
  • Oversee Financial Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Cash Flow: Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Ensure Robust Financial Controls: Ensure robust financial controls and internal audit readiness to maintain high standards of financial governance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SECP, FBR, tax laws, and other regulatory bodies to mitigate risk and avoid penalties.
  • Lead Audits: Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with external/internal auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks to protect our organization's assets and reputation.
Investor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage Relationships: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investors to build trust and foster cooperation.
  • Support Fundraising: Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling and projections to secure necessary resources.
  • Lead Finance Team: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance and accounts team to drive excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: CA Finalist/ ACCA/ ICMA or MBA-Finance certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory; strong analytical and financial modeling skills; sound leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
