Main Responsibilities- Effectively market consultants on the bench using best practices and procedures.
- Provide regular updates on submissions to the management team.
- Handle multiple consultant marketing assignments with high productivity.
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Perform thorough job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to relevant channels to increase visibility.
- Source and recruit candidates by utilizing databases and social media platforms effectively.
- Screen candidates' resumes and applications carefully.
- Conduct interviews to filter candidates within a set timeframe.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes comprehensively.
- Onboard new employees to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor and apply HR best practices consistently.
- Provide data-driven analytical reports to the team.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in human resources management.
