Job Title: Call Center Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Office Manager to lead our team and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

The Call Center Office Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of call center agents, monitoring performance, implementing strategies to improve sales and efficiency, and managing office resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Call Center Management: Supervise and lead a team of call center agents, monitor call center performance, implement strategies to improve sales and targets, and ensure exceptional customer care.
  • Office Administration: Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies, ensure a clean and comfortable working environment, and oversee office security and access control.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, shifts, and breaks for call center agents, assist in workforce planning and recruitment efforts, and prepare and distribute reports and performance metrics.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to call center agents, foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, and establish customer service standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, proven experience in call center management or customer service roles, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in call center software and relevant technology, problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data and metrics.
