**Inbound Call Center Manager**

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our premium inbound call center. The successful candidate must have a strong background in call center management, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Development and implementation of strategies to drive operational efficiency
  • Leadership and coaching of call center agents
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.

Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 4 years' experience in call center management
  2. Proven track record of leadership and analytical skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Fluency in Urdu and English; another language is a plus
