Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our onboarding initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conceptual design through implementation.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects. Your expertise in project management will enable you to develop comprehensive plans that align with customer requirements and company goals.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Work closely with clients and their technical teams to integrate our solution into their marketing tech stack.
  • Develop and coordinate project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Analyze customer platform usage requirements and plan internal developments as needed.
  • Track implementation tasks and coordinate with internal staff to meet project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project time frames, estimates, and status reports.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to provide encouragement, identify problems, and implement efficiency improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a SaaS company, including onboarding customers for on-premise and cloud software installations.
  • Professional project management certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to predict challenges and proactively seek to head off obstacles.
  • Conversational English is a must.
  • Experience in implementing marketing communication channels and data structures is a plus.
