We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Logistics Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote logistics services, including freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand client logistics requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand market reach and enhance brand presence.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and sales performance.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract negotiations in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics services, supply chain solutions, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
