Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Call Center Office Manager to supervise and lead a team of call center agents. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Call Center Management:
Monitor call center performance, implement strategies to improve sales and targets, and ensure high-quality customer service. - Office Administration:
Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies, to maintain a clean and organized working environment. - Administrative Support:
Coordinate schedules, shifts, and breaks for call center agents, and prepare performance reports. - Training and Development:
Provide training and coaching to call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in call center management or customer service roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
