Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor call center performance and implement strategies to improve sales and targets.
- Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate schedules, shifts, and breaks for call center agents.
- Prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
