Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and Optimize the Sales Pipeline: Develop and implement strategies to ensure high conversion rates and drive sales growth.
  2. Engage with Potential Customers: Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  3. Develop Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries effectively.
  6. Record and Track Sales Activities: Record and track sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within a call center environment.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Strong sales pipeline management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Closing Deals: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  7. Teamwork: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities as part of a dynamic team.
