Human Resources Associate Leader
Key Responsibilities:- Support all internal and external inquiries related to human resources.
- Maintain digital records of employees, including employee data, benefits, and performance management information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain calendars of HR management team members.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures, including goal setting and employee evaluations.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff members.
