Job Title: Senior HRIS Manager - Payroll

About the Role:

">

This role requires a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage maintain and deliver company's ERP engagements for smooth functioning of HR and Payroll modules suggesting planning designing and implementing new modules and functionalities to cope up with dynamic and evolving technological developments and customer requirements.

">

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Resolve HR/Payroll modules and system related issues in a timely manner;
">
  • Manage and maintain end user requirements and expectations of ERP modules;
">
  • Analyze current HR and Payroll systems considering emerging technological environment and suggest improvements for efficiency;
">
  • Discuss proposed suggestions with user department for applicability and implementation and finalize recommendations for due approvals from sectional / departmental head;
">
  • Develop new modules as per approved suggestions for further implementation and arrange necessary trainings for user department on developed modules;
">
  • Assist HR/Payroll Lead and ERP lead as needed;
">
  • Provide inputs for process improvements in ERP and upgrade technological developments;
">
  • Generate and submit necessary ERP/functional reports to higher management;
">
  • Provide technical support to end users in a timely manner for smooth business continuity;
">
  • Implement Business Process Re-engineering projects including end users' training etc.
">

Requirements:

">

This role requires a Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 7 years of experience working on Oracle ERP modules (HRMS/Payroll). Relevant certification is preferred.
