As a People Operations Associate (L2), you will play a vital role in creating a seamless employee experience by maintaining accurate records, assisting with HR processes, and serving as a helpful resource.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee inquiries on HR topics, managing and resolving issues through our support ticketing system.
- Assist with updating employee data within our HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Support the People Operations team in executing HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Contribute to the positive onboarding experience for new hires by assisting with administrative tasks and providing initial support.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within People Operations, exploring workflow automation and AI solutions.
- You have a 'can-do' attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional employee service.
- You are proactive and take initiative to assist with tasks and identify areas for improvement.
- You possess superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating high attention to detail.
- You have experience navigating common HR-related systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Suite.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in an HR support role, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a similar administrative function.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
