Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the South Region of Pakistan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships and identifying new business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to take on a leadership role within our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Pakistani market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and create proposals to present to potential clients.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide marketing support and after-sales services to dealers and their customers.
- Inventory and stock management follow-up, dealer visits, and motivation.
- Incentive and motivation plans for teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development with a strong understanding of the Pakistani market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
