Job Title

An Implementation Specialist is needed to support the deployment of SaaS solutions for new clients. This role involves recommending and configuring software to meet customer requirements, migrating historical data into our systems, validating & testing the configured system, creating user acceptance testing scripts, conducting customer workshops and user training, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members in configuring and deploying SaaS solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of requirements, processes, and testing outcomes.
  • Analyze, transform, and load existing customer data into our system using data migration methodologies and tools.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, tracking defects, and validating fixes.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to end users during and after implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase and as part of ongoing customer support, escalating complex challenges to senior specialists.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in a technical, SaaS, or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and software implementation life cycles.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
