Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide customer support and resolution services within our operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, claim resolutions, and other queries through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in resolving technical problems and claim issues via phone call.
  • Maintain the highest level of service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience as measured by performance objectives and uphold the core values of our organization.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Perform troubleshooting on customers' products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language to assist customers in resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and accurately.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
