Job Title

Project Management and Infrastructure Development Lead

This is a senior management position responsible for the planning and execution of infrastructure construction initiatives, high-pressure gas pipeline facilities, and transmission and distribution functions.

The role entails all aspects of project management while ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs and best practices established by international codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To ensure smooth planning and implementation of new developments and enhancements of the existing pipeline structure of the company.
  2. Project Construction Planning to include manpower requirements, machine/equipment requirements, timeline development along with cost and budgetary allocations i.e. all aspects of project management including progress monitoring.
  3. Elicit management approvals prior to work commencement.
  4. Maintain active supply chain controls with Khadeji as the base camp, feeding on-site camps.
  5. Ensure proper cash flow and expense monitoring throughout each project.
  6. Necessitate compliance to Company SOPs and best practices as guided by international codes, where relevant.
  7. Payroll management and disbursement of contractual labor on site.
  8. Ensure provision of tools of business and safety gear for HSE policies to be complied with.
  9. Plan and forecast the department budget and seek necessary approvals.
  10. Maintenance of Company Code of Ethics within the department.
  11. To conduct tender evaluations for material procurements for the projects.
  12. To supervise preparation/finalization of Projects Completion Reports.
  13. Assessment of developmental needs of staff.
  14. Ensure all emergency needs related to Gas Pipeline disruption and any support needed under the company CSR initiatives.
  15. To ensure succession planning by identifying, developing and maintaining pool of successors for key positions within the division/departments.
  16. Foster and encourage continuous learning and development culture and encourage continuous education at all levels within the division/departments.
  17. Provide relevant information to queries forwarded by GOP/BOD.
