Human Resource Business Partner

This role involves providing end-to-end support to professionals and associate level employees. The successful candidate will work towards implementing HR initiatives to drive business objectives and embed a positive company culture through various employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Management: Provide support to internal stakeholders during annual performance reviews, refresher sessions to employees on the performance management system, and goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
- People & Capability Review: Facilitate the annual People & Capability process, identify key themes and trends, showcase review with HRBPs, create robust development plans for business leaders, and leverage human capital metrics to monitor talent pipelines.
- New Hire Onboarding: Support in coordinating new joiner onboarding - professionals and associates, develop an orientation plan, prepare announcements, identify a functional buddy, and maintain the program.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Provide proactive support to organize events, including CEO Awards, Talent Meet, Powerhouse Awards, and global initiatives such as World Environment Day, International Women's Day.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Support structural improvements, functional reorganization, and talent development and retention.
- HR Operations: Work with HR operations to ensure timely delivery of reports and resolve queries.
