Human Resource Business Partner

The HR Business Partner supports the organization by overseeing various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintains staff by establishing a recruiting program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Prepares employees for assignments by developing orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
- Liaises with government departments and industrial relations bodies.
- Responsible for Compensation & Benefits and Implementation of labour law.
Strong background in human resources with expertise in recruitment, talent management, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
