
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to drive sales growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing and sampling Wall Putty products to housing colonies, engaging with painters and customers to promote product usage and benefits, generating sales leads, and meeting assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Showcase and sample Wall Putty products in housing colonies to increase product visibility and adoption.
- Engage with painters and customers to understand their needs and promote the benefits of using our products.
- Generate sales leads through various channels, including networking and marketing efforts.
- Meet assigned sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality results.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Paint or Construction industry. Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, or Lubricants industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in achieving sales objectives.
Mobile Allowance: Rs. 500 / month
