Crovate is looking to hire a business development manager with prior experience of working in the IT/Telecommunication sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a strategic marketing plan in alignment with company vision, mission and goals.
- Meeting sales targets set by managers.
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Attending IT exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Strategic marketing & planning.
- Formulating, implementing, and evaluating business strategies.
- Market development.
- Company branding, positioning, and advertising.
- Public relationship management.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
- Good insight of marketing on social media websites and forums.
The candidate must have an MBA degree, good command over written and spoken English,
Excellent interpersonal skills and a portfolio of successful promotional and service sales generation campaigns.
An additional degree in IT would be a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. Additionally, they should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. A background in IT is not essential but would be beneficial.
