Strategic HR Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee the human resources functions of our engineering office in Pakistan. As a strategic HR manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong, efficient, and people-focused HR environment.

Your primary responsibility would be to build world-class talent acquisition strategies to support the hyper-growth of our businesses in multiple countries. You will work closely with leadership to develop scalable hiring plans that meet growth targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical positions, including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, and mobile developers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and required technical competencies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates and compliance with labor laws and internal SOPs.
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institute.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in technical hiring for product-based software companies.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and an understanding of product-driven team structures.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and HR analytics tools.
